How far can it go on a charge?
Up to 100 km on a full charge from the 72V 25Ah battery. That figure is measured at a steady 25 km/h on hard ground — technical trail riding, climbing and heavy throttle use will pull it lower, so treat 100 km as the ceiling rather than the everyday number. A flat-to-full charge takes about 4 to 6 hours on a standard household outlet.
How much power does it have?
The motor is a 72V brushless unit rated at 2000W continuously, with a 6000W peak. Peak power is what you feel accelerating out of a corner or climbing a steep pinch — noticeably more low-down drive than a 125cc petrol dirt bike, delivered instantly and near-silently.
How fast does it go?
There are three throttle modes — roughly 40 km/h in the first, about 60 in the second, and up to around 85 km/h in the third. The lower modes suit tight, technical riding or newer riders; the top mode is for open trail. You match the bike to the terrain rather than managing a clutch and gears.
Can I ride it on the road or on trails in Australia?
The VOLTRIDGE ONE is an off-road bike. It isn't built to the Australian Design Rules, so it can't be registered for road use in any state. Off-road, what's allowed depends on where you are: riding on private property is fine with the owner's permission, and several states run recreation or conditional-registration schemes that open up designated trails and state-forest tracks. The rules differ across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, the NT and the ACT, so check your state's transport authority and the land manager before you ride. We'll publish a state-by-state summary closer to launch.
How much does it cost?
The VOLTRIDGE ONE is $2,400 plus shipping. Shipping is charged on top and varies with your delivery address within Australia. Waitlist members get the first chance to order.
